HR Recruiter | Work From Home (Philippines) Salary: 20K Working Schedule: Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: Full Day Off Job Responsibilities 1. Handle full-cycle recruitment, including resume screening, candidate communication, interview arrangement and onboarding follow-up. 2. Manage recruitment channels, reply to candidate inquiries timely and achieve monthly recruitment targets. 3. Keep recruitment records, track candidate status and maintain talent pool. 4. Assist with daily HR administrative work as required. Job Requirements 1. Fluent in both English and Chinese for daily candidate communication. 2. Has prior experience in telesales / customer service recruitment (mandatory). 3. Self-disciplined and able to work stably from home following fixed working hours. 4. Good communication skills, strong pressure resistance and execution ability. 5. Familiar with online recruitment platforms is a plus.
